Aside from the Oscar buzz this weekend, Charlie Sheen was the talk of Tinseltown and it sounds like he will be for awhile.
Stirring things up in an interview that aired this morning (February 28) on ?Good Morning America,? the ?Two and a Half Men? star said he is planning on suing CBS for over $300 million!
Claiming CBS has put him out of work, Sheen told, "They're on a battlefield. They're in radical breach. Sorry guys, you screwed up."
He continued, "I would recommend that they do an out-of-court settlement and fix this whole thing and pay the crew and get season nine back on board." said Sheen, who added, "They're going to lose in a courtroom."

Everything in their little emo world fell apart yesterday, but not because Pete wanted it to. It started as a he said/she said thing. She said that Pete was erratic, and he called BS on that, saying that they just grew apart.
Pete also went on to say that this is not something he wanted and that he was totally blindsided in the divorce.

We had heard that she was invited to the nuptials, but it turns out she wasn't, which is totes fine by her!
Camille Grammer has formally denied rumors that she'll be attending Kelsey Grammer's wedding to his new wife in the coming weeks. She confirmed to sources that she has no interest in being "involved with the wedding?not at all." (We don't blame her, honestly. Hasn't her sanity pride been damaged enough?)
Anyway, we knew from the start that if he actually did offer her an invitation, the only reason Kelsey would want her to come would be to rub it in watch their kids while he was busy getting hitched. However, turns out he didn't consult with his kids before planning the happy event because his daughter actually has something better to do that night else planned for the evening. Camille explains:
"My daughter has a talent show that day that she's been working on for two months now. I told her, 'Mason, you can go. Please, if you want to go to your Daddy's wedding, please do,' and she said, 'No, Mommy. I want to go to my talent show.'?I would never hold my children back from that. I would never want them to resent me for holding them back from their father's wedding."
She adds that she doesn't "begrudge" Kelsey his happiness and reveals their son, Jude, will be at the wedding.
Well, better get used to this arrangement. No doubt the kids will be splitting up between the two of you more often than either of you would really like.

Although Gossip Girl's Blake Lively has already denied reports that she would be playing a young Carrie Bradshaw in a prequel to the Sex & The City franchise, the actress confirmed recently that she has signed on to star in a new film, Hick, in which she will be playing the drug-addicted mother to a 13-year-old, played by the extremely talented Chloe Moretz!

This movie sounds adorbs, and now that we have some pictures on set from I Don't Know How She Does It (being show in NYC), we can tell that it looks great too!!
The comedy is about Kate Reddy, a finance executive who is the main money earner in her family of three! It looks like in the pictures that they're packing up their car for some kind of road trip!
We're pretty excited now! We LURVE Greg Kinnear, and of course you all know how we adore Sarah Jessica Parker as well!

Last we heard, Warner Bros was working on a live action version of the classic tale.
In the meanwhile, The Hobbit Pan's Labyrinth director Guillermo del Toro has teamed up with The Jim Henson Company and Pathe on this edgy version of the Disney classic that draws heavily from a 2002 Pinocchio book, which was illustrated by Gris Grimly.
Grimly will co-direct with Mark Gustafson, and production will start up later this year.
Here's what del Toro had to say about the project:
?There has to be darkness in any fairy tale or children?s narrative work, something the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Anderson and Walt Disney understood. We tend to call something Disney-fied, but a lot of people forget how powerfully disturbing the best animated Disney movies are, including those kids being turned into donkeys in Pinocchio. What we?re trying to do is present a Pinocchio that is more faithful to the take that Collodi wrote. That is more surreal and slightly darker than what we?ve seen before.?

"The Blue Fairy is really a dead girl?s spirit. Pinocchio has strange moments of lucid dreaming bordering on hallucinations, with black rabbits. The sperm whale that swallows Pinocchio was actually a giant dogfish, which allows for more classical scale and design. The many mishaps Pinocchio goes through include several near-death close calls, a lot more harrowing moments. The key with this is not making any of it feel gratuitous, because the story is integrated with moments of comedy and beauty. He?s one of the great characters, whose purity and innocence allows him to survive in this bleak landscape of robbers and thugs, emerging from the darkness with his soul intact.?
This is exactly what we'd expect from the guy who brought us Pan's Labyrinth, and we're feeling good about it!
Besides, it couldn't POSSIBLY be any worse than the 1996 Jonathan Taylor Thomas Pinocchio movie. Oh, JTT?

The flick is being described as a 'contemporary thriller' that will focus on "a mentally unstable Iraq war veteran?who forges a strange friendship with his boss?the wealthy and politically ambitious owner of a supermarket chain."
Strange plot for a horror flick! But we imagine it's going to become severely effed up pretty quickly!

Remember last year when an outrage was heard over Target donating money that ended up being used to help an anti-gay candidate run for election in Minnestoa?
If not, this is what happened in a nutshell:
"Minneapolis-based Target, a retailer known for trendy but inexpensive merchandise, drew protests and boycott threats last year after it was revealed it had donated $150,000 to MN Forward, which in turn took out ads supporting Republican gubernatorial nominee Tom Emmer, an opponent of marriage equality and other LGBT causes. He narrowly lost the November election to gay-friendly Democrat Mark Dayton."
Well Target has heard our issues with it and is putting a new committee into effect that will oversee the money they give out!
The source explains:
"Among the changes is the establishment of a committee of senior executives to oversee donations to candidates, parties, and political action committees."
?The policy committee and our CEO are responsible for balancing our business interests with any other considerations that may be important to our team members, our guests or other stakeholders."
Well that's good! We're DEF glad to see that you guys are making an effort to reflect the stances and wishes of the customers who felt negatively affected by this!

We had heard that she was invited to the nuptials, but it turns out she wasn't, which is totes fine by her!
Camille Grammer has formally denied rumors that she'll be attending Kelsey Grammer's wedding to his new wife in the coming weeks. She confirmed to sources that she has no interest in being "involved with the wedding?not at all." (We don't blame her, honestly. Hasn't her sanity pride been damaged enough?)
Anyway, we knew from the start that if he actually did offer her an invitation, the only reason Kelsey would want her to come would be to rub it in watch their kids while he was busy getting hitched. However, turns out he didn't consult with his kids before planning the happy event because his daughter actually has something better to do that night else planned for the evening. Camille explains:
"My daughter has a talent show that day that she's been working on for two months now. I told her, 'Mason, you can go. Please, if you want to go to your Daddy's wedding, please do,' and she said, 'No, Mommy. I want to go to my talent show.'?I would never hold my children back from that. I would never want them to resent me for holding them back from their father's wedding."
She adds that she doesn't "begrudge" Kelsey his happiness and reveals their son, Jude, will be at the wedding.
Well, better get used to this arrangement. No doubt the kids will be splitting up between the two of you more often than either of you would really like.

Last we heard, Warner Bros was working on a live action version of the classic tale.
In the meanwhile, The Hobbit Pan's Labyrinth director Guillermo del Toro has teamed up with The Jim Henson Company and Pathe on this edgy version of the Disney classic that draws heavily from a 2002 Pinocchio book, which was illustrated by Gris Grimly.
Grimly will co-direct with Mark Gustafson, and production will start up later this year.
Here's what del Toro had to say about the project:
?There has to be darkness in any fairy tale or children?s narrative work, something the Brothers Grimm, Hans Christian Anderson and Walt Disney understood. We tend to call something Disney-fied, but a lot of people forget how powerfully disturbing the best animated Disney movies are, including those kids being turned into donkeys in Pinocchio. What we?re trying to do is present a Pinocchio that is more faithful to the take that Collodi wrote. That is more surreal and slightly darker than what we?ve seen before.?

"The Blue Fairy is really a dead girl?s spirit. Pinocchio has strange moments of lucid dreaming bordering on hallucinations, with black rabbits. The sperm whale that swallows Pinocchio was actually a giant dogfish, which allows for more classical scale and design. The many mishaps Pinocchio goes through include several near-death close calls, a lot more harrowing moments. The key with this is not making any of it feel gratuitous, because the story is integrated with moments of comedy and beauty. This is exactly what we'd expect from the guy who brought us Pan's Labyrinth, and we're feeling good about it!

Ready for a full night of Hollywood awards show action, Sandra Bullock turned heads as she arrived for the 83nd annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (February 27).
The brunette beauty brightened things up in a lovely red frock as she sashayed into the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center venue to tend to her presenter duties.
Making for quite the star-studded affair, other celebrity presenters hitting the stage include Scarlett Johansson, Halle Berry, Jude Law and Matthew McConaughey.
Meanwhile, the Oscar Awards are hosted by Anne Hathaway and James Franco while airing live on ABC at 8PM ET.
That didn?t take long at all, his divorce was just final and today there was already a Kelsey Grammer wedding, on Broadway no less. Kelsey didn?t waste any time making Kayte Walsh the new Mrs. Grammer! It is official Kayte Walsh and Kelsey Grammer?s wedding on Broadway happened today; actually it was just a little while ago. The couple tied the knot at the Longacre Theatre, which just happens to be the same theater that Kelsey recently stared in the production of the musical La Cage aux Folles.
After they became husband and wife Kelsey and Kate headed to the famed Plaza hotel for the reception. The celebration will consist of a four course meal and I am sure other fancy shmancy stuff. According to People.com the party is expected to go to all hours of the night. Who knew that Grammer knew how to party like rock star, guess he has to keep up with his new wife who is much much younger than he is.
There haven?t been any photos released yet of the bride and groom on their special day however a statement from Grammer?s rep did confirm that they did get hitched. Although I don?t have a whole lot of faith that the serial marrying man Kelsey will actually stayed married I do think his choice of wedding locations was pretty cool. It is different and unique which hey who doesn?t like that.
Kelsey Grammer had a wedding on Broadway! He has taken his fourth bride. I am sure a lavish honeymoon is in store for the new Mrs. & Mr. Grammer so stay tuned for more details on that as well as details about the ceremony itself.

He will forever be known as The Fonz to me but having the opportunity to do an interview with Royal Pains Henry Winkler gave me the chance to know the man behind the beloved character. It was such an amazing experience and I am going to tell you all about it when you keep reading. There are some pictures and a video for you to check out too.
I recently had the honor of participating in a Royal Pains Henry Winkler interview Q&A session. As you may or may not know Henry now stars as the not so good father of Hank and Evan on the USA hit show. It is a role that he excels at but then again when isn?t there a role that Winker kicks but at?
For the those of you who don?t know much about Henry?s latest acting gig let me tell you a little bit about what he had to say about it. Like for example how he got it which is quite the interesting story. Apparently the shows producer, Andrew Lenchewski was sitting at dinner next to Henry?s dentist and his dentists wife who overheard Andrew talking that he was looking for the father for Royal Pains. Henry?s dentist?s wife was a fan of the show she said, ?Oh, you know who it should be? Henry Winkler.? Low and behold soon there after Winkler had breakfast with Michael and Andrew and they asked him if he wanted to join the cast. The rest as they say is history.
Playing Eddie, who is basically a deadbeat dad, does have its challenges as Eddie is so different from Henry. One of those challenges Winkler revealed is when he is less than nice to his onscreen son Evan played by the super talented Paulo Costanzo. However what he considers his biggest challenge is his needs to make sure he is toe-to-toe with his other cast members because they are all really good, his words. I found that such a cool thing to say because we all know that Winker is talented enough to go toe-to-toe with anyone in the biz.
If you have seen the show you know that the chemistry between all its stars is outstanding and Henry revealed that what you seen on screen is how it is off screen. He was like ?What you see is what you get. You cannot lie; the camera does not lie.? He gave further kudos to his other on screen son Mark Feurstein when he said he truly believed some of his best work on television was his scenes with Mark. Pretty big compliment considering Winkler?s extensive career but I have to say as a fan of the show I agree. When Henry and Mark are in a scene it is nothing short of spectacular.
Although we all wanted to know about the show what we really wanted to know about was Henry and he was more than happy to share. He even talked about what it was like to be awarded the Order of the British Empire, which is so freaking cool. Henry let us in on how it all went down, which I think you should here in his exact words.
I got a letter that said, ?You must keep this a secret. If the Queen decides to give you an award, would you accept it?? I said, ?Can I say yes I would.? I would be okay with that. Then six weeks later I get a letter saying, ?The Queen of England has graciously agreed to confer on Henry Winkler the order of the British Empire,? for the work that I do in England with children who learn differently. My books, Hank Zipzer: The World?s Greatest Underachiever that I co-write with Lynne Oliver, are popular in the UK and I go over there to tour for the books. I?ve spoken to, I want to say a hundred thousand students over there. It was my work with children who learn differently that got me to this wonderful honor.
Talk about an amazing honor, wow was all I could say when heard that.
After hearing the story the subject quickly turned to current writing projects he is working on. He just finished the Hank Zipzer series, 17 novels total. Also he and Lynne just finished the first novel of their brand-new series for Scholastic, which will be out in 2012. It is a whole new series of for kids, very funny and the underpinning of it is about bullying.
When I got my chance to ask Henry a couple of questions I was seriously in awe, even a little tongue tied if you will. Being the fabulous guy he is, I was quickly put at ease as we began our discussion about the best place to get a burger in New York City. He said his fave is The Burger Joint in the Parker Meridien Hotel. I agreed it was good but revealed that P.J. Clarkes?s is my fave. After that I felt like I was talking to one of my pals and asked him these two questions, I was only supposed to get one but Henry wanted to make sure all our questions were answered so he let me ask two.
Rachelle: Do you have a dream project or dream role that you would like to either work on or play.
Henry Winkler: Wow, that?s, a good question. I would love to play a mute that I would have to communicate everything only through my body without words. I?ve thought about that for a very long time. When I was younger, I wanted to be Zorro. But I?ve given that up. My dream really is to continue working and to be finished with acting before acting is finished with me.Rachelle: How you got started into acting.
Henry Winkler: The old repertory theater. I made 120, 172 dollars a week as an actor at the Yale Repertory theater after graduating from the Drama School. And from there itjust grew, but that was my very first professional job, June 30, 1970 in East Hampton, Long Island, at the John Drew Theater, the Yale Repertory Theater did a Summer of Story theater.
Thankfully the conversation with the group did not end with my questions. I got to learn so many more things about Winkler like, his secret to aging well is simply good genes. I also learned that The Sure thing was the first movie his movie company ever produced. Since Henry has had such an accomplished career you might think he would have a favorite role that he has played but the doesn?t. When asked he said he didn?t have one he cherished them all.
I can not express enough what a great pleasure it was to get the chance to interview Henry Winkler. The man is seriously one classy guy who is also probably one of the nicest people in show business. I want to leave you with one last thing that I learned about Winkler. He has anamazing attitude about his struggles with dyslexia as well as the disease itself. Henry even said the beautiful statement ?no matter how a child learns, their brilliance has nothing to do with that. Because it is difficult for them, it does not mean that they are not brilliant? I thought that quite was moving and truly speaks to what kind man he is.
