The results were great! I ran my same regular route at about the same pace, but the noticeable difference was where my heart rate was. For the entire run it was a good 5-10 bpm lower than it used to be. My neighborhood is quite hilly and even hitting the big hills didn?t elevate my heart rate nearly as much as it used to. So this tells me my cardiovascular system is in much better shape than before Insanity! I could definitely have run much longer or faster if I desired.Seeing as how you have an athletic background, I think you will be just fine. The key is to just stick to the program. You will be able to finish, just at varying degrees with everyone else. No one can actually do every workout from start to finish that I know of (even the people in the videos). Make that choice and go for it!
I made it through the fit test of the Insanity Workout, and let me tell you, it is not easy. I had to stop many times to catch my breath but it was ok. I just do as much as I can and took a break whenever I needed it. p90x discount Don?t try to keep up with the people in the video because these are people who have already completed the Insanity challenge.I thought I was in fairly decent shape before starting. Boy was I wrong. I know that when I am done with the 60 days of the Insanity Workout, I will be in sick shape.I?m not sure what your goals are but I hope that you and your partner both accomplish them! It?s one thing to complain about being overweight and it?s another, admirable, thing to actually do something about it! Congratulations! I?m sure by now you?ve already completed the workout series but I just bought mine and UPS shows that I should be getting mine today! I?m SOOO excited to get it but WAYYY nervous about the first workout! :/ Currently I weigh about 210lbs and I?m 5?8? (male). My goals are to get into the best cardiovascular shape I can, get my weight down to about 180-190lbs, and get my eating habits under control LONG-term not just SHORT-term (for the duration of the workout series). I don?t have a blog or anything like that where people can follow me and give me support & encouragement but maybe someone can help me out with that.
my name is hugh and im about 45 pounds overweight and im 20 years old. p90x schedule Im a very determined man but I cant afford a gym and ive tried running and lifting and nothing happens. I want a workout program that will give me fast results. I have no health problems what so ever other than excess weight. I just want somebody to tell me based on my information if I can handle the Insanity program. I have always been active but I aparently have a littel bit of atritis going on known as DJD. I love being push to the limit but I?m scaed that I?ll injury my knee again 2 times is good enough for me. I?m clear to do what I want now. But for the people that have done this, would it be something that I could do? I really want to try try but I don?t want to damage my body more than it has been damaged. I play basketball adn football so it gets pretty beaten up.The only bad part is that my legs are killing me! I could feel a bit in the knees when I started (but that is gone thankfully). The real pain in is just in my muscles. My quads and my shin muscles are very sore. I am not sure why this is, I can only think it is because I have not worked those muscles in that way for so long. But it?s just muscle soreness and that will subside.
